We’re working in partnership with a leading FMCG manufacturing business that is currently seeking a hands-on Multi-Skilled Engineer to join their high-performing engineering team.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the reliability and performance of production equipment through both reactive and planned maintenance.
You’ll also play a key part in engineering projects aimed at enhancing site efficiency and equipment uptime.
You’ll be involved in a broad range of engineering tasks - spanning mechanical, electrical, and potentially automation so a flexible, problem-solving approach is vital.
The successful candidate will work closely with production and maintenance teams to minimise downtime, identify root causes of issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Our client is looking for someone with a solid background in FMCG, food, or drink manufacturing, who is comfortable operating across multiple disciplines.
A strong understanding of preventative maintenance, root cause analysis, and familiarity with equipment such as PLCs, conveyors, and packaging machinery will be highly valued.
