Are you an experienced Supply Chain Manager with a strong background in FMCG manufacturing environments? We’re supporting a blue chip FMCG manufacturing business who are searching for a talented Supply Chain Manager.
You will be tasked with leading the planning & logistics function on site, ensuring consistent flow of materials and delivery of finished goods. In this role, you’ll lead a team of multi-disciplined planners & logistics colleagues, forming a key part of the site leadership team.
This role will require you to produce accurate short-term plans for inbound raw/pack materials, finished goods production schedule and outbound transport. You’ll need to be both strategic and hands-on, capable of inspiring your team while rolling up your sleeves when necessary.
We are seeking someone with a strong track record in an FMCG manufacturing environment with a good understanding of complex planning / ERP systems.
