We are seeking an exceptional Site Director to lead a highly automated FMCG manufacturing operation. This is a high-impact leadership role overseeing a technologically advanced site, with full accountability for operational performance, automation reliability, culture, and continuous improvement.
The Role
- You will take full ownership of factory performance in a modern, automation-led manufacturing environment, driving improvements across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and asset performance.
- A key focus will be leading a skilled technical and operational leadership team while optimising automated systems, production efficiency, and site capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a workforce within a highly automated manufacturing environment.
- Drive operational excellence across manufacturing, engineering, and automation performance metrics.
- Maximise efficiency, uptime, and reliability of automated production systems and equipment.
- Build capability across leadership, technical, and operational teams through coaching and development.
- Deliver continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, OEE, waste reduction, and process optimisation.
- Foster a high-performance culture with strong accountability, engagement, and problem-solving capability.
- Ensure best-in-class standards in safety, quality, compliance, and operational discipline.

- Proven experience as a Site Director within FMCG, ideally within highly automated environments.

- Commercially astute with a data-driven and systems-focused approach to decision-making.
