Senior Technical Manager

We are currently partnering with an established manufacturing business that is seeking a Senior Technical professional to lead its technical function.

Reporting to the Site Director and managing a team of quality specialists, this role offers the opportunity to shape and implement the technical strategy on-site while driving a wide range of improvement initiatives.

With strong visibility across the business, this role works closely with global technical and NPD teams and collaborates cross-functionally with EHS and operations on-site.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in fast-paced food manufacturing environments, with experience in enhancing and standardising overall processes and practices. This position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
