Are you an experienced Quality Leader with a strong background in dairy manufacturing? Do you have a passion for driving product quality, food safety, and compliance standards across site? We’re looking for a candidate with significant experience in a senior quality or technical leadership role within the dairy manufacturing industry.

You’ll have a proven track record of leading quality teams, managing BRCGS accreditation, and delivering robust auditing and compliance programmes. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential, as you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

As a key member of the site leadership team, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing the site quality strategy in line with business and customer requirements. You’ll take a proactive, hands-on approach to maintaining BRC and customer audit readiness, enhancing food safety systems, and ensuring that the site meets all regulatory and customer standards.

We are seeking someone with a strong background in dairy manufacturing and experience managing quality systems in a fast-paced environment. You’ll lead initiatives to continuously improve product quality, reduce waste, and strengthen compliance while supporting operational efficiency.

Your ability to engage and influence teams at all levels will be instrumental in maintaining a high-performance, quality-driven culture.
