Are you an experienced Production Manager with a strong background in FMCG manufacturing? Do you have a passion for driving change through people and processes?
We’re looking for a candidate with experience in a management/leadership role within the FMCG manufacturing industry, with a proven ability to create a culture to deliver, empower and optimise performance across site.
As a key member of the leadership team, you will take ownership of leading, motivating, and developing a team of up to 50 individuals. This position offers a fantastic platform to showcase your leadership capabilities by driving a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and safety in a manufacturing environment.
We are seeking someone with a strong track record in FMCG, food, or drink manufacturing, and a demonstrated history of leadership in a manufacturing setting, with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement (CI) initiatives and fostering a safety-first mindset.
