Are you an experienced Production Manager with a strong background in FMCG manufacturing? Do you have a passion for driving change through people and processes?

We’re looking for a candidate with experience in a management/leadership role within the FMCG manufacturing industry, with a proven ability to create a culture to deliver, empower and optimise performance across site.

As a key member of the leadership team, you will take ownership of leading, motivating, and developing a team of up to 50 individuals. This position offers a fantastic platform to showcase your leadership capabilities by driving a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and safety in a manufacturing environment.

We are seeking someone with a strong track record in FMCG, food, or drink manufacturing, and a demonstrated history of leadership in a manufacturing setting, with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement (CI) initiatives and fostering a safety-first mindset. You will play a pivotal role in implementing strategies that enhance efficiency, quality, and operational performance, while maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Additionally, your ability to engage stakeholders across all levels of the business—from production teams to senior leadership—will be critical to your success.
