We’re looking for a proactive and hands-on Manufacturing Manager with strong experience in FMCG or food manufacturing. You’ll bring a proven track record of leading teams on the shop floor, driving day-to-day performance, and supporting improvements across safety, quality, and efficiency.
As part of the site leadership team, you’ll play a key role in delivering the manufacturing strategy in line with wider business objectives.
