Are you an experienced Head of Technical with a strong background in food manufacturing? Do you have a passion for driving food safety and quality standards across site?
We are looking for a candidate with significant experience in a senior technical role within the food manufacturing industry, with a proven ability to lead large technical teams and manage food safety and quality systems.
As a key member of the site leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing technical strategy in line with the business objectives. You will need to be both strategic and hands-on, developing key relationships with customer contacts and leading the overall strategy onsite.
Your ability to foster a culture of excellence, sustainability, and collaboration is essential.
