We are seeking a Senior Product Manager with a strong background in industrial and/or related consumer, food, FMCG markets. In this role, you’ll lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, working closely with R&D, Operations, and Commercial teams to drive innovation, sustainability, and growth across OEM and retail/e-commerce channels in Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead product strategy, development, and commercialization in alignment with market needs and business goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D and Operations on new product development using the NPDI and Stage-Gate processes.
- Manage successful product launches across OEM, retail, and e-commerce channels throughout Europe.
- Ensure compliance with European product standards, packaging specifications, and retailer onboarding requirements.
- Drive sustainable product development practices and support ESG-aligned initiatives.
- Monitor and manage product performance, market trends, and customer feedback to refine product positioning and value propositions.
Your Experience & Skills
- Experienced product management or channel-focused marketing experience in relevant sectors (industrial, consumer, FMCG, Food/Drink manufacturing).
- Demonstrated success in launching products for European OEM and retail/e-commerce channels.
- Deep knowledge of product development processes (NPDI, Stage-Gate) and collaboration with engineering/manufacturing teams.
- Familiarity with EU compliance standards, packaging formats, and retailer onboarding practices.
- Strong grasp of sustainable product management and commercial realization.
- Fluent English is essential; other European languages are an asset.
