We’re looking for someone with experience as a Shift Manager, Production Manager, or Manufacturing Manager within the FMCG industry. This could be a great opportunity for you to take the next step in your career and help shape a culture that empowers teams, enhances performance, and delivers results.

As a key member of the site leadership team, you will lead, motivate, and develop a team of up to 40 colleagues. This role gives you the platform to showcase your leadership strengths by driving collaboration, continuous improvement, and a safety-first mindset.

You will have a strong track record in FMCG, food, or drink manufacturing, with proven leadership experience in a fast-paced environment. Your focus will be on implementing operational strategies that improve efficiency, quality, and overall performance, while ensuring full compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Your ability to engage stakeholders at all levels – from frontline teams to senior leaders – will be critical to your success.
