We are recruiting for a Health, Safety & Environment Advisor to help support the function for a manufacturing site in Cumbria. Reporting to the HSE Manager, this role will be responsible for providing a safe and compliant environment for all employees and visitors to the site. Responsibilities include ensuring all risks or concerns are reported to the HSE Manager, drive change in safety culture, train and coach others in safe behaviours and working practices and support on internal and external audits. The site is part of a market-leading, national group and this role will work alongside a wider HSE team. This role will suit a NEBOSH qualified senior HSE Advisor with experience of ISO audits, UK regulations, and a background in manufacturing.
