We’re looking for a capable and motivated HR Manager with proven experience in a generalist HR role within a manufacturing, logistics or engineering environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is ready to take on greater responsibility, develop their leadership capability, and play a key role in supporting the day-to-day HR function.
You will provide hands-on HR support across the business, working closely with managers and employees to ensure HR practices are applied consistently and effectively. You will act as a trusted advisor on a wide range of people matters, helping to deliver a professional and proactive HR service.
