Based in the UK, within commuting distance of an international airport.

Salary: up to £90k plus bonus, car allowance & benefits.

Travel: approximately 50% of the time.

We are seeking an international sales leader to drive growth across key European markets. This is a high-impact role leading commercial performance across multiple territories, distributor networks, and strategic accounts, with significant international travel.

The role sits within a multi-brand, international business operating across established product portfolios serving both professional and consumer retail channels.

You will be responsible for shaping and delivering the international growth strategy across priority European markets. This includes leadership of a small number of International Sales Managers, development of distributor and key account relationships, and acceleration of cross-brand and online channel growth, including Amazon across key European markets.

This role is for a doer, with 80% of your time driving growth and 20% leading your team.

We are seeking an experienced international sales leader with a proven track record of driving profitable growth across European distributor networks, supported by strong commercial, financial, and negotiation skills. A background in HVAC, electrical, engineered or consumer products, with experience managing multi-brand portfolios and exposure to e-commerce channels such as Amazon is considered advantageous.
