Project Engineering Manager
Bedfordshire
Circa £75k + car + bonus
We are looking for a dynamic Project Engineering Manager to lead the function for a well-established FMCG manufacturing business. Reporting directly to the Head of Engineering, you'll have responsibility for all CAPEX on site, working cross-functionally to ensure on time delivery of key projects.
This will be a varied and exciting role, leading a wide range of CAPEX projects. Responsibilities will include delivery of projects, financial reporting, engaging with key stakeholders to minimise downtime during project delivery, oversight of CDM and contractors across site.
You'll be someone who:
- Has a proven track record of managing a variety of CAPEX projects including budgetary management within an FMCG environment.
- Can balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
- An ability to engage with key stakeholders at all levels across different job functions (production / quality / finance etc.)
- A strong knowledge of CDM regulations and regulated industries.
