Are you an experienced Continuous Improvement or Operational Excellence professional ready to take the next step into a leadership role within a growing FMCG manufacturing business? This is an exciting opportunity to join a people-focused organisation on a strong trajectory, offering real career progression and the chance to shape operational excellence across a complex and evolving site.
We're looking for a confident and driven CI professional with a solid background in FMCG manufacturing. You'll bring proven experience in delivering improvements in OEE, waste reduction, and process efficiency. Just as importantly, you'll have the ability to engage and influence people at all levels, translating CI theory into practical, sustainable results on the ground.
In this position, you'll take ownership of the site's Continuous Improvement agenda, translating corporate CI direction into a clear, site-level strategy. You'll focus on driving performance improvements through people - embedding a culture of "better than yesterday, not as good as tomorrow." You'll also take a lead role in managing site KPIs, implementing effective tiered meetings, and ensuring performance is clearly measured and continuously improved.
As the business continues to grow, you'll have the opportunity to influence operational strategy, support and develop teams on site, and build a strong, sustainable CI culture. This role sits on the Site Leadership Team and offers the chance to make a genuine impact within a hands-on, delivery-focused environment.
We're seeking someone who is both practical and forward-thinking—comfortable rolling up their sleeves on the shop floor while also contributing at a strategic level. If you're looking for a role where you can drive real change through people and be part of an ambitious journey, this could be the ideal opportunity.
