We are looking for a hands-on, Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance function at our specialist manufacturing facility in Tewkesbury. This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys balancing technical problem-solving with team leadership and operational coordination.

You will be responsible for the overall reliability, performance and continuous improvement of our plant and equipment leading from the front both on the tools and as a people manager. Acting as the vital link between maintenance and production, you will ensure breakdowns are prioritised effectively, downtime is minimised, and the maintenance team operates safely and efficiently.
