An established and growing manufacturing business is seeking a hands-on Health & Safety Advisor who will work closely with production and engineering teams to drive compliance, improve standards, and embed a strong safety-first culture.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Supporting the delivery of HSEQ strategy across site
  • Conducting risk assessments, audits, and inspections
  • Leading incident investigations and RIDDOR reporting
  • Developing and reviewing safe systems of work
  • Monitoring HSE performance and maintaining accurate records
  • Supporting ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001) and audit readiness
  • Delivering toolbox talks and HSE training
  • Coaching teams and promoting a proactive safety culture
