Key Responsibilities: As an Engineering Administrator, you’ll support the engineering team with critical planning, technical admin, and document control tasks, including: * Maintain engineering schedules, time management systems, and planning boards. * Support stock and inventory accuracy using CMMS systems. * Create and update CAD-based documents and technical drawings. * Prepare KPI reports and training compliance matrices. * Assist in day-to-day administration including emails, supplier liaison, PPE orders, and document filing. What We’re Looking for in you: * Proven admin experience, ideally within an engineering or manufacturing environment. * Proficient in AutoCAD or similar CAD software and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). * Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail. * Confident communicator, comfortable liaising across departments and with external contacts. * Able to work independently, multitask effectively, and manage priorities with minimal supervision.
