An established and growing manufacturing business is seeking a hands-on Health & Safety Advisor to support site operations. This is a visible, site-based role where you’ll work closely with production and engineering teams to drive compliance, improve standards, and embed a strong safety-first culture.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Supporting the delivery of HSEQ strategy across site
- Conducting risk assessments, audits, and inspections
- Leading incident investigations and RIDDOR reporting
- Developing and reviewing safe systems of work
- Monitoring HSE performance and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001) and audit readiness
- Delivering toolbox talks and HSE training
- Coaching teams and promoting a proactive safety culture
What Will You Bring to the Party?
- Experience in a Health & Safety role within manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of UK HSE legislation
- NEBOSH General Certificate (minimum)
- Ability to influence both shopfloor and leadership teams

- IOSH membership and ISO auditing experience (desirable)
