Mid West Wales.
Pay £14.00 – £18.00 per hour NHS Hospitals – Outpatient Departments Weekends 8 am -6 pm
Areas required are Aberystwyth Carmarthen Llanelli Haverfordwest
Responsibilities Include: As an Outpatient HCA, you will support clinical teams with: • Greeting and preparing patients for consultations • Taking and recording observations (BP, pulse, temperature, respirations, SpO₂) • Supporting minor procedures under nurse/clinician supervision • Chaperoning during examinations • Assisting with wound care preparation and dressing changes • Completing patient documentation accurately • Maintaining a clean, safe clinical environment • Providing excellent patient care and reassurance • Supporting clinics such as general medicine, respiratory, orthopaedics, surgical, dermatology, pain management, and more
What We’re Looking For: ✔ Minimum 12 months’ HCA experience in a (UK NHS) hospital setting ✔ Excellent communication and patient care skills ✔ Ability to work confidently in busy outpatient departments ✔ Reliable, professional, and flexible
