SJK Healthcare is urgently seeking an experienced General Medicine Outpatients Nurse to support a range of medical clinics across NHS hospitals. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled nurse with broad clinical experience who can confidently manage diverse patient caseloads within a busy outpatient environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting consultant-led General Medicine clinics
- Completing clinical assessments and patient observations
- Managing patients with a wide range of medical conditions, including:
- Respiratory disorders
- Cardiac issues
- Endocrine conditions (e.g., diabetes)
- Gastrointestinal problems
- Renal conditions
- Long-term chronic illness
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (NMC PIN required)
- Minimum 1 year experience in General Medicine, Acute Medical Unit, or similar
- Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills
- Experience in busy outpatient or ward settings
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of an MDT
- Living in the UK and having the right to work in the UK
