SJK are looking to provide locum anaesthetic cover for ENT and head & neck surgery NHS Trust. Deliver safe, efficient anaesthesia for elective and emergency ENT cases, with a strong focus on advanced and shared airway management. Integrate quickly into existing theatre and on‑call teams, working in line with NHS governance and patient safety standards.
This is weekend work running a Saturday and Sunday theatre sessions at a private hospital close to Glasgow City Centre.
Pay & Location
Paying £500 - £520 per session (2 sessions per day).
Key Duties
- Anaesthesia for ENT and head & neck procedures
- Advanced airway management, including emergencies
- Elective lists and on‑call ENT cover
- Pre‑ and post‑operative care and documentation
- MDT working within theatres and recovery
Essential Requirements
- GMC registration with licence to practise
- CCT in Anaesthesia or equivalent experience
- ENT anaesthetic experience and advanced airway skills
- Up‑to‑date ALS
- Recent NHS experience
