What you'll be doing
- Joining client requirement workshops and driving the solution design
- Preparing functional and technical design documents
- Applying Oracle technical methodologies and Oracle CC&B best practice to solve client pain points
- Troubleshooting and configuring UI Maps, BPA scripts, plug-ins, service scripts, BOs and service tasks
What you'll bring
- Extensive Oracle CC&B technical design experience
- 2+ Oracle CC&B upgrades under xgikmsk your belt
- Strong requirements analysis, design and configuration skills in Oracle CC&B
- Good working knowledge of XAI, XSLT and XPath
