Salary: £32,000 - 72,000 per year
Requirements
- Deep expertise across core Microsoft 365 applications, tenant management, and end-user services.
- An active Microsoft 365 Administrator certification is highly preferred.
- Solid knowledge of Windows 11 and iOS deployment within a corporate ecosystem.
- Proven experience providing VIP/white-glove support within a financial services, banking, insurance, or corporate broking environment.
- Prior experience with Apple Business Manager and ServiceNow is a distinct advantage.
Responsibilities
- Act as the technical authority for our Microsoft 365 estate, collaborating closely with our managed service providers.
- Help shape, improve, and deploy a modern workplace environment with zero legacy constraints.
- Lead and support critical projects including new service rollouts, estate optimization, and office expansions.
- Provide elite, face-to-face white-glove technical support and service escalations for senior leadership.
