You will partner closely with journey tribes, Product, Digital, and Marketing teams to deliver insights, measurement frameworks, and actionable analysis that drive better decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Digital Analytics team to deliver consistent, high-quality insights across digital journeys, marketing activity, and wider client touchpoints.

  • Coach and develop the Digital Analytics team, setting clear standards and supporting career progression.
  • Ensure analytics practices align with architectural, security, and regulatory standards within a regulated environment.

About You

  • Proven experience leading a Digital Analytics team, setting a clear vision and driving demonstrable improvements in capability and stakeholder impact.
  • Strong hands-on and strategic experience with classical analysis approaches (Advanced SQL, Python) and modern product analytics platforms like Amplitude Analytics, web/app stacks, and Qualtrics.
  • Deep expertise in event-based measurement, tracking plans, data layers, and tagging strategies across web and app environments.
  • Strong ability to perform and guide complex analysis for conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and commercial outcomes.
  • Experience using data management tools such as Informatica, Collibra, or Precisely.
