We specialise in purposeful storytelling — combining cinematic production with commercial strategy and cause-related marketing.
The Role
We are recruiting Commercial Executives to help develop and secure commercial partnerships across our international documentary campaigns. This is a client-facing, revenue-generating position. You will introduce partnership opportunities to senior decision-makers and help fund major documentary and campaign initiatives with global reach.
Key responsibilities include:
- Researching and engaging senior professionals across corporate, infrastructure, education, sustainability, and cultural sectors
- Presenting documentary concepts and partnership frameworks via phone and video calls
- Developing cause-related marketing propositions aligned with global campaigns
- Managing and growing a structured commercial pipeline
- Working closely with production and editorial teams to ensure alignment between commercial agreements and creative delivery
This is not a support role — it is a commercial position with clear accountability for revenue.

- Has a genuine interest in documentary filmmaking and global affairs
- Understands how brands align with purpose-led initiatives
- Is confident, articulate, and comfortable engaging senior professionals
- Wants to build a long-term career within film, media, and impact-driven campaigns
Experience in media, publishing, film production, sustainability, or corporate communications is advantageous but not essential.

- Uncapped commission and performance bonus
- Clear progression into senior commercial and executive producer-level roles
- Exposure to international campaigns and institutional partnerships
