Role Description

The CRM Data Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in London. This role is responsible for managing and maintaining CRM data, with a strong focus on Salesforce.com administration, data integrity, and system optimization. Day-to-day tasks include updating and cleansing customer records, monitoring data quality, managing user accounts and permissions, and configuring fields, workflows, and reports in Salesforce. The CRM Data Administrator will troubleshoot system and data issues, support users with queries, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure the CRM system supports business processes and reporting needs. The role also involves documenting procedures, assisting with system upgrades, and contributing to continuous improvement of CRM-related processes.

Candidates should possess:
