Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied caseload of private client matters, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Deliver excellent client service while developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and referrers.
- Support business development activities, including networking and contributing to the growth of the department’s client base.
- Maintain financial control of matters, including billing, cash flow management, and achieving agreed fee targets.
