Managing your own files and wanting to broaden your conveyancing experience?
SJC Partners is recruiting an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to work directly with a Partner on a one-to-one basis.
Working alongside a Partner with a high caseload, you'll initially run residential sale, remortgage and transfer of equity files. As you settle into the role, you'll take on a broader range of residential conveyancing matters.
Your role will include:
- Running sales, remortgages and transfers of equity from the outset
- Taking on a wider variety of transactions over time
- Progressing files and managing deadlines
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, lenders and other parties
- Preparing documents and maintaining accurate records
- Working closely with the Partner to keep transactions moving
About you:
You'll need proven residential conveyancing experience and the confidence to run sale, remortgage and transfer of equity files from day one.
Strong organisation, attention to detail and clear client communication are essential. This role would suit a Conveyancing Paralegal who enjoys responsibility and wants to develop their experience across a broader caseload.
