Conveyancing Paralegal - Swindon (Wiltshire) My client, a highly reputable, multi service law firm is currently looking for a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join their high performing property department in Swindon. Competitive Salary + Generous Benefits The Role: Assist fee earners with residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and solicitors throughout the transaction process Prepare contract packs, legal documents and correspondence Obtain searches, review documentation and assist with enquiries Support with exchanges, completions and post completion matters Provide regular updates to clients and respond to queries in a timely manner Maintain accurate case management records and ensure files are progressed efficiently Assist with Land Registry applications and other conveyancing administration as required The Candidate: Possess a minimum of 12 months experience in a Conveyancing role Have experience dealing with clients either face to face or over the phone Experience in dealing with Sale and Purchase transactions Have excellent attention to detail Have the ability to build strong client relationships Possess excellent interpersonal skills Remuneration benefits: Highly competitive salary 5 weeks annual leave Training Opportunities Lots of other generous benefits How to get in touch: For a discussion in confidence about the above position or about general opportunities in the market then please get in touch with Paige Boulton at SJC Partners.
