My client, a highly reputable, multi service law firm is currently looking for a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join their high performing property department in Southampton.
The Role:
- Assist fee earners with residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and solicitors throughout the transaction process
- Prepare contract packs, legal documents and correspondence
- Obtain searches, review documentation and assist with enquiries
- Support with exchanges, completions and post completion matters
- Provide regular updates to clients and respond to queries in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate case management records and ensure files are progressed efficiently
- Assist with Land Registry applications and other conveyancing administration as required
The Candidate:
- Possess a minimum of 12 months experience in a Conveyancing role
- Have experience dealing with clients either face to face or over the phone
- Experience in dealing with Sale and Purchase transactions
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Have the ability to build strong client relationships
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills
