We are currently recruiting for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a highly regarded and well-established law firm based in Sheffield.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive who is looking to join a supportive and growing Residential Property team.

What will you be doing?
- Managing your own caseload of residential sales and purchases from instruction through to completion
- Handling a variety of residential property transactions
- Reviewing titles, drafting contracts and dealing with enquiries
- Managing exchanges of contracts and completions
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other solicitors
- Ensuring transactions progress efficiently while maintaining excellent client care
- Managing multiple matters and working towards deadlines
- Providing technical support and guidance to junior members of the team
- Working collaboratively with the Head of Residential Property to support the department's continued growth
What are we looking for?
- Ideally 3+ years' post-qualification experience within residential conveyancing
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or similar experienced professional
- Confidence managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- A proactive approach and willingness to support junior colleagues
- Someone who enjoys working independently and as part of a team
