SJC Partners are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing law firm for a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their busy Property team in Rotherham.
Due to continued growth, our client is looking to appoint an experienced conveyancer who is passionate about delivering exceptional client service and enjoys working in a supportive, collaborative environment.

The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing your own residential conveyancing caseload, handling transactions from instruction through to completion while providing an excellent service to clients throughout the process.
Key responsibilities include
- Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from start to finish.
- Handling both freehold and leasehold transactions.
- Delivering a high standard of client care and maintaining strong relationships with clients and introducers.
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure transactions progress efficiently.
- Using the firm's case management system to manage files and deadlines effectively.
About You
We’re looking for candidates who have
- A minimum of 2-3 years' experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload.
- Experience handling both freehold and leasehold transactions.
- Excellent organisational, communication and client care skills.
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to the wider team.
The following experience would be advantageous, but is not essential
- Unregistered land transactions.
- Shared Ownership matters.
- New build property transactions.
- Commercial property experience.
- An existing referrer or business development following.
