The Role Our client is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer to join its established Residential Property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional to manage their own caseload while delivering high-quality client service within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
Handle a variety of transactions, including freehold, leasehold, and shared ownership properties.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other key stakeholders.
Deliver high standards of client service across face-to-face, telephone, and remote communications.
Progress matters efficiently and cost-effectively while meeting agreed deadlines and performance targets.
Support and mentor junior team members, including assistants and paralegals.
Utilise web-based case management systems to manage files effectively.
Contribute to the continued growth and success of the Residential Property department.
Candidate Requirements A minimum of 3 years' PQE or equivalent experience in residential conveyancing.
