The Firm A well-established, CQS accredited law firm with a strong national residential property presence. The firm operates a collaborative and professional environment, supporting clients across a wide range of conveyancing matters through its regional office network. Role An opportunity has arisen for a qualified Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive, or CLC-qualified Fee Earner to join the Solihull office. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion, working within a busy and established residential property team. Responsibilities Manage a full residential conveyancing caseload independently Handle sales, purchases, remortgages, and equity release transactions Deal with shared ownership leases, new build purchases, Help to Buy schemes, and lease variations Conduct title checks on freehold and leasehold properties Manage transfers of equity and matrimonial transfers Progress files from initial instruction through to post-completion Provide support and informal training to conveyancing assistants where required Develop and maintain local client relationships and contacts Cross-refer clients to other departments where appropriate Provide cover across other offices when required Maintain high professional standards and comply with firm policies and procedures Benefits Full-time role, Monday to Friday 26 days’ annual leave plus Bank Holidays Performance-based additional holiday bonus scheme Pension contributions Financial bonus scheme Salary commensurate with experience Opportunity to work within a nationally recognised, accredited residential property team
