Type: Full-time, Permanent SJC Partners are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and respected law firm in Bradford who are on the lookout for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their busy and expanding Property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident conveyancer who enjoys working autonomously while also supporting the development of junior team members.
Due to continued demand and growth, the team is looking for someone who can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.
The
Role: You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion while playing an active role in mentoring and developing junior colleagues.
Key responsibilities include: Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish.
Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and other residential property matters.
Providing a high standard of client care throughout the transaction.
Working with minimal supervision and managing your own workload effectively.
Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team.
Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the department continues to deliver an excellent service.
About You Significant experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload independently.
The confidence to work with minimal supervision.
Strong technical knowledge across all aspects of residential conveyancing.
Previous experience mentoring, supervising or training junior colleagues would be highly advantageous.
Excellent communication, organisational and client care skills.
A proactive and team-focused approach.
