Duties:
- Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the conveyancing process
- Draft and review contracts, leases, and other legal documents
- Handle the conveyancing process from instruction to completion
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Work collaboratively within the property team and contribute to department success
- Stay up-to-date with property law and conveyancing procedures
Experience:
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with 3+ years PQE (flexible for the right candidate)
- Proven experience in residential conveyancing transactions
