Duties:

  • Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity
  • Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the conveyancing process
  • Draft and review contracts, leases, and other legal documents
  • Handle the conveyancing process from instruction to completion
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Work collaboratively within the property team and contribute to department success
  • Stay up-to-date with property law and conveyancing procedures

Experience:

  • Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with 3+ years PQE (flexible for the right candidate)
  • Proven experience in residential conveyancing transactions
