The Role
SJC Partners are delighted to be working with a respected regional law firm in Milton Keynes, seeking a talented Residential Conveyancer (Solicitor or CILEX) with around 2 - 3 years PQE to join their growing property team. Key Responsibilities
- Managing your own caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, including new builds
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and solicitors throughout each transaction
- Drafting, reviewing and completing contracts, transfers and other legal documents
- Delivering a high standard of client service and contributing to team and firm-wide growth
About You
- Qualified Solicitor or CILEX with 2 - 3 years PQE in residential conveyancing
- Confident managing a busy, varied caseload with minimal supervision
- Excellent attention to detail, communication and organisational skills
- Strong client-care approach and ability to work collaboratively
