Location: Milton Keynes (Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days home)

Salary: £38,000 – £40,000 + Bonus + Benefits

The Role SJC Partners are delighted to be working with a respected regional law firm in Milton Keynes, seeking a talented Residential Conveyancer (Solicitor or CILEX) with around 2–3 years’ PQE to join their growing property team.

Key Responsibilities
Managing your own caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, including new builds
Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and solicitors throughout each transaction
Drafting, reviewing and completing contracts, transfers and other legal documents
Delivering a high standard of client service and contributing to team and firm-wide growth About You
Qualified Solicitor or CILEX with 2–3 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
Confident managing a busy, varied caseload with minimal supervision
Excellent attention to detail, communication and organisational skills
Strong client-care approach and ability to work collaboratively What’s on Offer
Salary: £38,000 – £40,000 (DOE)
Bonus Scheme: 2.25% of annual salary
Hybrid Working: 3 days office / 2 days home
