SJC Partners are working with a highly reputable Law firm who are looking for a Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive to join their team in Nottingham. The successful candidate will have 3+ years’ experience in working on a broad range of private client matters specialising in a caseload of Probate, Court of Protection, Inheritance Tax, LPAs and Wills. You will have strong organisation skills, attention to detail and drafting skills and will possess the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Competence and experience in handling Private Client law matters.
- Maintain efficient systems to diarise and ensure all deadlines are met.
- Meet with clients and provide expert legal advice in the legal area.
- Ensure legal knowledge is kept up-to-date and commit to continual self-development.
- Run legal matters in an organised and efficient manner ensuring client document, advice history and time recording/billing processes are undertaken and recorded in accordance with firm procedures.
