This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and motivated individual to provide key administrative and secretarial support within a busy and professional environment. The successful candidate will work closely with fee earners, assisting with the smooth running of client matters while delivering a high standard of service. Key Responsibilities
- Providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to fee earners within the Private Client team
- Assisting with client communication, including responding to queries and providing updates under supervision
- Preparing, drafting, and formatting legal documents and correspondence
- Supporting file management, including opening, maintaining, and closing client matters
- Assisting with client attendance and ensuring accurate follow-up of instructions and queries
- Recording time on client matters accurately and ensuring billing processes are followed where appropriate
- Managing diaries, deadlines, and general office administration tasks
- Maintaining confidentiality and delivering a consistently professional service at all times
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative, secretarial, or office support role (legal experience desirable but not essential)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied workload
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
