AC & Refrigeration Supervisor in Peterborough

We are recruiting for an established business looking for an experienced AC & Refrigeration Working Supervisor to join their Peterborough team.

This is a hands-on supervisory role managing a team of around 5 engineers, with a mix of office and site-based work across the surrounding area. The role focuses predominantly on industrial AC and refrigeration, including VRV/VRF systems, AHUs and cold rooms, alongside wider HVAC work.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating a team of engineers, while supporting maintenance, installation and project works. You will build strong relationships with clients, oversee commissioning paperwork, prepare estimates, quotations and variations, and support project delivery, margins and invoicing. You will also work closely alongside the Project Manager, with a clear route towards progressing into a Project Manager position.

We are looking for someone with strong industrial HVAC, AC and refrigeration experience. Previous experience as a Supervisor, Lead Engineer or Senior Engineer would be preferred, along with the confidence to manage engineers and communicate effectively with clients. Experience with estimating, quoting and commissioning paperwork is also required, as well as commercial awareness and a good understanding of margins and variations. A full UK driving licence is essential.
