As such, they are looking to expand their team with a high-calibre professional who can contribute on a flexible, part-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead M&A projects (with Partner support), acting as a senior point of contact for clients.
- Manage client relationships and take ownership of day-to-day project delivery across the full transaction lifecycle.
- Prepare and oversee the development of transaction materials, including client proposals, pitchbooks, and information memoranda.
- Coordinate and manage colleagues, support staff, and external advisers throughout transactions.
- Review and supervise detailed financial analysis and modelling undertaken by junior team members.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Relevant M&A experience gained within a professional services firm, investment bank, or boutique advisory practice.
- Strong technical understanding of corporate finance and transaction structuring.
