SJC Partners is recruiting a Corporate Finance Executive on behalf of an award-winning mid-market advisory firm with a strong reputation in the North-West deals market.The team has successfully completed a wide range of buy and sell-side mandates (typically £10m–£50m) and maintains a strong pipeline of exciting opportunities. They are seeking an Executive to take a central role across multiple transactions in Manchester in 2026 and beyond. Key Responsibilities: Assisting on disposal and acquisition projects Preparing Information Memoranda and business plan narratives Utilising research databases for acquirer research, business development, and wider project work Conducting financial modelling and preparing financial forecasts Investigating opportunities for acquisitive clients and liaising with them Networking with the business community across the North West Candidate Profile:We are looking for fully qualified candidates with the traits of a corporate financier: commercial awareness, strong negotiation skills, sales flair, and an appreciation of the \’art of the deal\’.This role offers a rare opportunity to gain end-to-end deal experience on both buy- and sell-side transactions, working alongside highly experienced deal leaders at an award-winning firm.
