Conveyancing Paralegal - Manchester
A highly reputable and established law firm is looking for an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join its busy and successful Property department based just south of Manchester City Centre.
This is a non-fee-earning position, supporting a team of experienced Conveyancers with all aspects of their caseloads from initial instruction through to completion and post-completion.

The Role
- Assist a team of Conveyancers with their Residential Property caseloads from initial instruction through to post-completion
- Open new files, complete initial client onboarding and prepare relevant documentation
- Support with Freehold and Leasehold Sales and Purchases, Remortgages and Transfers of Equity
- Prepare and issue contract documentation
- Assist with searches, enquiries and general transaction progression
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors throughout the transaction
- Assist with exchange and completion preparations
- Handle a range of post-completion duties, including SDLT and Land Registry matters
- Maintain accurate files and ensure matters progress efficiently
- The Candidate
- A minimum of 6 months' experience within Residential Conveyancing
- Previous experience working as a Conveyancing Assistant or Conveyancing Paralegal
- A good understanding of the conveyancing process from opening a file through to completion and post-completion
- Exposure to Freehold, Leasehold, Sales and Purchase transactions
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicating with clients and third parties
- Comfortable working in a support-focused, non-fee-earning role
- Ability to commute to an office just south of Manchester City Centre
