SJC Partners is currently partnering with a leading boutique investment bank to hire an Associate into one of their award-winning sector teams in Manchester. This is a standout opportunity to join a globally leading M&A platform, with the team winning multiple awards for completed transactions in 2025.
The Role
- You will play a key role in executing end-to-end M&A transactions, including:
- Building and reviewing DCF, LBO valuation models
- Leading financial analysis and due diligence
- Preparing IMs, pitches, and client presentations
- Managing analysts and supporting client relationships
What they are Looking For
- 3–5 years’ M&A advisory experience
- Strong financial modelling skillset (DCF, LBO)
- Solid understanding of financial statements valuation
- Tech sector experience is a plus (not essential)
