We are working with a well-established, multi-office, multi-service law firm looking to recruit an experienced Private Client Paralegal to join their growing team. Duties:

  • Manage your own caseload under supervision, providing expert support across a range of Private Client matters
  • Draft Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Assist with Estate Administration, Trusts, and Taxation Matters
  • Support the team with Court of Protection cases
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and referrers, encouraging repeat and new business
  • Provide exceptional client care and contribute to the firm’s growth through excellent service and teamwork

Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Paralegal within Private Client law
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy and varied caseload
  • Excellent communication and client care skills — professional, approachable, and empathetic
  • Confident liaising directly with clients, referrers, and colleagues
  • Motivated, ambitious, and keen to further develop your legal career within a supportive firm
