SJC Partners is working with a leading law firm. Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented eDiscovery Specialist to join their London team on a fixed-term contract (FTC).

The Role:

As an integral part of the eDiscovery team, you will work on high-profile regulatory investigations, litigation, and compliance matters. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of eDiscovery services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with data identification, preservation, and collection across a range of data sources.
  • Significant direct client-facing support experience within an eDiscovery project management capacity.
  • Manage document processing, analysis, and review using tools like Relativity, Nuix, or similar.
  • Proven ability to reactively solve immediately impacting issues associated with document reviews.
  • Multi-year experience of supporting reviews in Relativity.
  • Liaise with legal teams, clients, and third-party vendors to ensure efficient workflows.
  • Support project management of large-scale eDiscovery matters under tight deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 6+ years of hands-on eDiscovery experience, ideally within a law firm, consultancy, or corporate environment.
  • Strong technical proficiency with leading eDiscovery platforms (Relativity, Nuix, Brainspace, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across legal and IT teams.
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
  • Excellent customer-oriented service ethos.
  • Flexibility concerning assigned tasks and engagements due to changing deadlines, deliverables, and task priorities.
  • UK work authorisation is essential.
