SJC Partners are currently working with a highly successful and long standing M&A boutique who are looking to recruit a Corporate Finance Manager for their Manchester office as part of their growth plans.  As an M&A Manager you would be responsible for the entire process – from the the first pitch, all transactional documentation until final execution.  Typically, you would work on a wide range of deals (Buy and sell side, MBO’s, MBI’s, re-financing and growth capital) in the enterprise value range of £5m – £35m (across all sectors).  Given the boutique feel to the team you will have great visibility on deals with a variety of types and play an integral role in the growth of the business. They have exciting plans for the business and see this hire as key to their future expansion in the North-West and UK market.  Applicants should possess a minimum of 4 years M&A experience (applications are welcome from due diligence professionals looking to move into execution) and crucially you will be passionate about transacting deals.
